Best thing besides how he played tonight was his body language. He clearly was enjoying himself. He was actually talking shit which was great see. Like he had some swag tonight. Yes he still needs to work on screens, though they are improved, best I’ve seen his whole time down was tonight. But he is learning little nuances that only come from playing. The game within the game stuff. He was more open on the rolls tonight cuz for the most part he made good contact on the screens. And also had best block and defense on a play his whole time downs I truly think if he can spend another month down there, being able to play consistently, make mistakes and continue learn from them, we could see the switch go off.

Rooting for Wiseman! One good game won’t have me calling for a call up but improvement is always encouraging to see. One foot in front of the other! Can’t wait for him to be ready for the big league!

He’s making good progress. You can point to alot of different things and undercut it all but this is baby steps kinda stuff. He closed out a game as the Warriors came back and made a few clutch plays and shots. It was a good game. He played well. Folks are gonna point to plus minus and say others “outplayed” him… but he’s also paired away from the better Gleague guys (Robinson, Dusty) in rotation so it’s kinda. It’s good progress. Keep him down there. Toward the end you could see he was actually having fun out there. Which was nice to see.
I have vacated Wiseman Island but still rooting hard for the kid. Bless the remaining folks surviving the Zombie Apocalypse that has occurred on Wiseman Island. They’ll need to be cunning in resourceful in the months to come to make it through to the other side.

I think it helps JW playing with a Rollins. Seems like he’s getting touches at the rim and the pick and roll action looks smoother. Would like to see improvement in all facets of the game before we bring him back up.
