The only good thing is that all these injuries are giving guys like Zach, KBD, Romeo, Maliki, and Charles more time to play and grow. Jakob is a "glue" player. We need him on the court. When our walking wounded return, and Keldon breaks out of his slump, we are not a bad team. P.S. – Looked like a lot of empty seats on TV last night. How full was the venue? I hope fans are showing up to support the team. P.S.S. – 18,000 subscribers is great! You could almost fill up the stadium with that many people!!
I think the subscribers who are twitter savvy should inundate Keldon and Devin with messages to hook up with Rich at the game Sunday. Rich, I don't know what part of town you're staying in, but please get out and see a little of San Antonio. I wasn't born here but my wife and kids were. Due to military service, we left a couple times but always tried to get back here. Finally retired and stayed here. The culture here is family friendly which means friendly for everyone. Your content has always been 100% fair and honest, so if the Spur organization checks you out, you're in. All the best
You gonna have your Keldon Johnson jersey sign with Him no worries u got this aaanddd bout the spurs hurt me a lot seeing them losing a lot of game BUT they can still make the play in or the playoff

Keldon Johnson is a streaky player but I'm sure he'll bounce back at some point and be consistent at some point again Vassell is playing great and could be in the conversation for most improved player award
Best thing was we cracked the top 3 for best chance at #1 in the draft. I really have to give everyone a grade of D at best except for Vassell he looks like he's got consistent skill. I did think they'd try harder and it would be more fun but it is what it is. If it turns into Victor it makes up for everything since Kawhi.
With so many starters and main bench contributors out it's hard to evaluate the team. Two observations; Trey Jones will make an excellent backup PG after we obtain our starting PG of the future, Bassey continues to impress and has earned some minutes (8-10?). Enjoy SATX – great fan community.
Since his injury plus the conversation that came up for consecutive game with 1+ 3s, Keldon's been hoisting 3s a lot more even after he went 0-4 on 11/23 which broke his streak. He did get the #1 spot for that stat but I think he has to drive to the basket even more, which is his main strength, and go to the line more, or maybe take some midrange, which he does very little, to maybe 'recalibrate' his shot. Also, Bassey and Malaki should not be held back in taking over off the bench, they should get those shots fly, esp Malaki who I think is a bit hesitant to shoot sometimes. Both can shoot 3s, mids and attack the rim. We need those points esp JRich and Doug are out.
Notice how are losing streak and Keldons slump have some correlation. I think once keldon gets outta his slump spurs will atleast win a few games. Also curious, have you visited Downtown yet?
What a dream come true for you, Rich. I am so happy for you. Ask them if you can go down to the tunnel and get a high five from the Spurs while they are walking in so you can get a sneak peek from behind the scenes. It can happen one of my students was privileged enough to get a high five during one of the games, as well as many others.
