Was hoping you’d do this video! Great job breaking it down. Yeah, Killian looked like a different player this off-season. Put a lot of work in. I’m glad to see it paying off. Still only 21 and having only played a season and a half worth of games, I think he’s on the rise with more ascending in the upcoming seasons.
I always loved his game, especially defensively. So I'm so much loving his game with offense mixed in.
Who said he’s a bust? Bro just came into the NBA. This bust word is getting used to much. Even one of you YouTubers said RJ Barrett is a bust as well. This guy is still very young and is super skillful he’ll become real good

Coach Dwane Casey himself went on record saying it was an unfair burden for Killian to have starting PG responsibilities on a DEVELOPING Team.

What's REALLY COOL? Killian's OWN INFLUENCE travelled FULL CIRCLE to return to him and make him better. (Lemme explain).
This story also speaks to the CHARACTER OF THE PERSONS WEAV DRAFTS.
Killian strives to make teammates better. Killian VERY WILLINGLY makes the pass that LEADS to the pass; so Killian helps his teammates become more effective passers.
Now, sadly, neither Jerami Grant NOR Kelly Olynyk made Killian better or even seemed inclined too.
But Bojan was DETERMINED to find Killian and, using what he learned from Killian (and Casey & previous coaches of course) Bojan returned the FAVOR, making Killian better as a result.
Expect Killian to emerge as a "Contingency" volume, 50, 40, 85 shooter, ala Brogdon, with Elite Playmaking and IMPACTFUL DEFENSE.
After the Dallas game, Killian wad probably said: 13 shots? That's all I took? Seemed like 20!

some people don't understand how much confidence can effect someone's game and Killian is starting to gain that confidence
Just FYI Cade is likely to be out for the year. Team doctors have advised him to get surgery which would mean his season is shut down. I think Cade is just holding out rn with the hope that his shin injury gets better on its own, but thats unlikely.

This is a really bad take. Even his good stretch hasn't been all that impressive. Its sad to see how far the expectations for this franchise have fallen.

Killian has been one of the worst basketball players in Pistons history, picked as high as he was in the draft besides Darko. He is improved his terrible season by playing well while Cade has been injured. You can't be considered a bust for the first two years of your career. Have a couple of good games and think you should win the most improved award or be considered a good player. All of his stats for the season are terrible even when you include the last couple of games. Take a look at his stats this season if you doubt what I'm saying. Killian is trash, he's just less of the trash that we're used to seeing.

I’ve been riding with killian since he got drafted but in 2 years he wasn’t showing anything special. I’m so happy he’s going off now
he honestly should get traded. maybe to a rebuilding team like the spurs. it’s no doubt the pistons will continue to start and play cade more when he returns from injury, thus leaving killian on the bench and ruining his confidence
If he can continue to be consistent I can see teams around the league wanting his services.
