Ripcity help with last wishes

Hey all,

A few nights ago I was bringing dinner to my grandmother and turned to switch on the Blazers V Lakers game when I noticed something was clearly wrong. She was just staring off into the distance, trying to look at me but unable to focus.

Luckily I immediately recognized the signs of a stroke and called 911, but unfortunately the stroke was so severe and untreatable that she won’t ever recover her ability to speak or eat again, and will probably pass away in the next week.

She is at least able to recognize faces and pictures, and she has admired Dame for his whole pro career but has never met him. She has always related to his steadfast attitude. I’m just wondering if anyone can point me to the right person in the Blazers org to arrange a quick meeting or at least a message for her from her favorite player.
