The guy needs to do less. He’s be a decent player coming off the bench, playing 25 minutes a night and lead the bench unit. Reduce his role on offense with more catch and shoot.

He’s 6’1” with a 6’1.5” wingspan. He’s not that fast, not incredibly quick, can’t really jump that high and not even a good shooter.
How is this a starting nba PG making $22m per season??
For a guy who doesn’t have a good shooting percentage this year in particular the audacity he has to take some of the shots he does is ridiculous to me. Guy will take a screen and step 1 foot behind the three point line and shoot a 3 point shot off the backboard. Guy has no fear of consequences cause his backup is Malachi Flynn who wouldn’t make it on the Shanghai Sharks.
