I know the guy has hops, he’s blocked some crazy shots… but i’ve literally never seen him do anything more than a standard dunk. Like I literally just watched all [27 \(!?\) dunks from 2019-2020](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5daexqJ56A) and there wasn’t a single one i couldn’t do in highschool.
How the fuck was he chosen to be in the dunk contest? just to setup the final they wanted?

I think a lot of guys just elect to go with normal dunks rather than windmills especially role players.
Like Donte & Grayson have a lot of bounce too but we never see them do windmills either.
Pat had some great and creative dunks during the contest though. Definitely my favourite.
