Pat Bev is a hell of a defender but I don't know if that justifies him being a starter. 🤔 But he can't come off the bench w/Westbrook bc if he can't score off open looks w/AD & James he def not gonna score in a line up w/Westbrook. Man the Lakers go thru stretches where they look amazing and the ball is moving and they look like an actual team. Then they stop playing defense, start ball watching, taking bad 3’s and turning the ball over. The opposing team ALWAYS come back and damn near win the game. Lakers need to keep exploiting that pick and roll with Russ, Bron and AD, and Walker spotted up with Pat Bev. Speaking of Pat Bev he can’t be the Lakers best perimeter defender. He’s too small. Just shoot over him. Bogdanovic is unstoppable when he gets going very underrated player. Took them way too long to start sending double teams. He almost busted the clock on them. Lakers offense looks much better but they have no perimeter defenders. Can’t win on a high level without that. It’s a shooting league and these guards can have their way with Pat Bev.
