How much do these guys get paid by ESPN to be wrong on a daily basis?
It’s such an easy narrative to throw out there for the national media without any actual intel on the situation. Like Stephen A says “I don’t have any sources. This is just my opinion.” Just frustrating and ignorant.
It won’t happen but it would be nice to see these same guys come out and say we were wrong and we apologize.
I (40M) have been a basketball fan my whole life. I was stoked when NOLA got a team and have been a fan since day one. If there is 1 thing I can tell you, it is that national media, admittedly, do not watch Pels basketball and have no idea what they are saying when it comes to the team.
If you want proof, listen to the announcers in a nationally broadcast game. Doris Burke is the worst and I have lost respect for her because of it. I wish I could make 6 figures and not do my job.
