refs should have to take every tech they give in a game to a tribunal after the game, and if its deemed unnecessary or bias the ref should get fined. Might make refs think twice about letting their emotion get in the way of doing their job and throwing T's out everywhere. Of course the players are going to be angry if you missed a foul on them, they should be allowed too. But because they're yelling at you, doesn't deserve a tech in my opinion, it has nothing to do with the game.
