Even though all the struggles the lakers have with the roster this shows that when they play with fire they can win but when your putting the team in the rear view dont let up on the gas but lets see where the lakers finish the season
Honestly, this is a good sign for the Lakers, regardless of the loss. They just need to make a trade or two for some 3 and D players.

The lakers never gave up throughout the game which is good to see that’s why they had enough to get the lead. There were a few problems that happened.
1. In the 4th quarter there were no subs!! So obviously there were gassed.
2. They let Smart and Williams who are decent shooters take open shots. Although you can live with them shooting rather than Tatum or Brown but leaving them wide open in the 4th down the stretch was not a good idea.
3. AD had to be tired cause there is no way you blow two free throws in the clutch.
4. It was a good effort but they need to improve their wing depth ASAP!

The Lakers had over 16 seconds to work with to come up with a good shot but instead, settled for a contested 3. With Lebron and AD, I don't believe they couldn't have come up with a better final shot than a dribble dribble pull up 3.
