The Grizzlies have potentially three all stars, with Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, and Jaren Jackson Jr., who finally looks like he’s turning into that All Star caliber player that people believed he could develop into. Jaren Jackson Jr.’s defense and his blossoming offensive game are making them a very scary threat.

I could definitely see him winning DPOY soon, as for improvements I think if he stops fouling too much in the playoffs then the Grizzlies will be even more scary then they already are.
