Donovan Mitchell recorded a game-high 34 points, along with 3 rebounds and 4 assists for the Cavaliers, while Lamar Stevens added a season-high 18 points and 11 rebounds in the victory. Luka Doncic tallied 30 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the Mavericks. The Cavaliers improve to 18-11, while the Mavericks fall to 14-14.

Jason Kidd's decisions are absolutely baffling. Terrible coaching and the worst team in the league without Luka, hands down. If they don't get him help and waste his prime, he's just going to leave towards the end of the contract, and with that go the Mavs' hopes of winning a chip in the next 2 decades.

Seeing the game, it's impressive to see how Luka can make and-ones. But it's a reflection of how suffocating the Cavs defense is. Comparing the shot made by the two teams, the Cavs always seem to always have an opening to the bucket while the Mavs would need to work hard for most of their points.
That overrated gunner Doncic got outplayed by Mitchell. Doncic shot 25% from beyond the arc, had 5 turnovers and was a -20 effectiveness. The Mavs miss their real MVP; Jalen Brunson.

Okay yall complaining about the mavs roster a lil too much haha. Wood is nice. Also if y’all haven’t noticed with the Mavs, the guards perform better when Luka is out compared to when he’s in. He doesn’t know how to share the ball that well, as in his off ball play. What I mean by share isn’t the assists u see on stats. A lot of guards need to get a feel for the ball and tempo or else they r cold (Brunson for example). Mitchell can play well with Garland because he doesn’t need the ball to get hot. Luka is amazing and I love his game but sometimes I get this feeling that he is gonna have a phase of crazy stats like Westbrook but not win.
