The bucks absolutely can win the title, they are an exceptionally good team defensively with guys like Lopez obviously Giannis and kruse holiday. The ladder guy is an amazing third option to count the superstar, Giannis and shot creator in middleton along with a very strong supporting cast led by none other than Bobby portis. This team will be fun to watch and as long as they get past the Celtics they could easily win the title
I absolutely LOVE how many teams are championship contenders, and this was a good clash of two of ‘em! I do understand the thought that the warriors are no longer in the conversation, but I feel as if they still have a chance to go west semis at the VERY LEAST. I am confident in them, though. As soon as they get over these growing pains, they will be right within the top western teams. I love the lookout for the Celtics and Bucks so far, with extremely good records to start the season and here after the first quarter. I feel as if, some may not agree, We got a Pelicans or Nuggets at Warriors or Mavericks in the Conf. Finals, and I like the lookout for a Bucks/Celtics as the top 2 in the east. I know this is now what you asked for the comments, but I just felt like saying this so yea
I believe the bucks absolutely could win the upcoming championship. While I trust GSW to make adjustments to playing against them if they were both in the finals, the bucks are a bad matchup for them with their size and how physical they played last night. The warriors do sometimes tend to shy away from physical play in the paint in the regular season if they aren’t getting calls, and that’s been the case this season, and also with that last game. With the playoffs being a bit tighter with whistles, that may change, and have both teams playing real physical. Both teams have great shooting and defense, but Milwaukee has that size that a lot of teams don’t, along with that
The key factors that the Bucks excel when it comes to beating their opponents are rebounding, size, physicality, and defense. The Bucks are not too big or too small. They are big enough to guard the paint, but they are still able to guard the perimeter very well. The Bucks have Giannis, Portis, and Lopez to box out on the boards, along with playing outstanding interior defense. They also have Holiday, Carter, Matthews, and Allen to play amazing perimeter defense as well.
The Bucks could win the 2023 NBA championship because of their versatile defence, size and elite rebounding. Giannis no longer has to drop 40 to win playoff games with Middleton back. The opposing defence can't just stop Giannis from winning but they also have to stop Middleton and Jrue. The versatility surrounding their big 3 will leave defences scrambling to stay accountable for all of them. The role players surrounding the big 3 add depth creating a championship-contending team.
I'm pretty sure this is a match up nightmare for the Dubs. I think they would rather play anyone else in the finals if they were to make it. Bucks are probably the only team that doesn't have to "try harder" against the Dubs. I like the Dubs but if Bucks win it all I'd be happy for them too. I like teams that impose their will.
Bucks can really win it all. They are doing great already and Khris isn’t even playing well yet. He just came back from an injury and still finding his rhythm. Bobby Portis is a force down low and is a really good 6th man for the Bucks. If you also have the best player in the planet in your team then that automatically puts you to a championship contender team. All in all they have the talent, chemistry, and intangibles to win it all.
I think the Bucks are easily one of the best teams in the league and when they have Giannis and Brook playing at their best defensively no cone can get a layup. It’s really hard for teams to compete with the bucks when they got their twin towers playing at their best. If those guys can do that and if Khrus Midilleton can be a closer like he was when they won the chip then most definitely they can go all the way.
