Markelle Fultz with a spectacular double-double in the win against Atlanta: 16 points on 8-14 shooting, with 10 dimes, 7 rebounds, and 4 STEALS.

Markelle Fultz was just electric against the Hawks tonight. The Magic have won four in a row. Fultz may be the single defining factor for that. He guarded Trae Young well, who shot just 6-14. 4 steals for Fultz is excellent too.

He is not a joke anymore.

He makes the team so much better, it’s crazy

Him & WCJ feel like the glue that really holds this team together

Iā€™m pretty sure Fultz was doing this last year before the injury. He just had bad luck with the injury bug

He’s so good fuck all of y’all that said he was a bust

of course i had trae starting and markelle on my benchā€¦ cant believe i chose that dude 7th

  6. Markelle, Paolo and Franz are starting to learn each other and it’s beautiful. I can’t wait to see what that trio looks like in 30 games.

This dude is too talented to not eventually be an impact player on the regular

Not even surprised. Even without a 3, he has a great bag of moves, incredibly shifty, and a great athlete. Natural point guard vision to orchestrate an offense.

Rooting for the guy. I remember he went through a lot when he lost his ability to shoot the ball and the criticism he got in Philly. Heā€™s only 24 and is showing a lot of potential. Hopefully he can string together a couple of seasons with 60+ games played.

  10. Thereā€™s gonna be a few inevitable comments along the lines of ā€œRooting for the guy, he might become a decent role player in the league if he stays healthyā€.

Fultz has BEEN that. I donā€™t see any reason that him starting wonā€™t be analogous to winning basketball. He has his flaws, but itā€™s hard for people who donā€™t watch the Magic to understand just what an impact he makes

I could see fultz eventually having a career like Ilgauskas… injury riddled first few years, then just bangs out 75-80 games every year as a high level starter on a contender.

Feels good to have some company! Make yourselves at home–it’s been lonely here on Markelle Island.

Man Iā€™m so happy heā€™s back having some success on the court again.

Iā€™m rooting for markelle, heā€™s been through hell in the league and heā€™s going to get really good soon
