It’s matters NOW, all these games have mattered. We keep giving up rest-games and losing the close ones, we had no room for piss poor playing from JP.
I love the kid but he’s gotta figure out the emotional/mental part to his game. He’s fallen in love with the flashy/sexy style of play and needs to get back to the basics.
Slow down, simplify the dribbling/handles, exploit the mid-range and take what the defense gives you, and most importantly actually give some effort on defense.
JP has proven that he’s capable, but he’s got a lot he needs to work on in order to contribute meaningfully with Steph out extended time.

Poole is so dang close to being an absolute superstar! He still has a couple more years to develop. Sometimes we forget it took Curry several years before he hit his stride and now I think Curry is playing the best I’ve ever seen him play. If Poole keeps on improving, we’ll be saying we got him at a steal of a price.
