Don't teach a young fella like that to load manage. Once you put that in somebody's mind and they get to thinking about load management, that's when athletes begin to start getting injured. Just let him play. Jordan was alright and you didn't see him load managing. So don't go around putting that stigma in players ears because that's when the reverse effect could happen. Just watch the game ok Stephen A and report based off what you see. Your job isn't to give these players advice about playing this game they been playing their whole life.
