19/11/7 from Ant. Point Ant is starting to look real.

Rivers and Naz were both huge tonight too.

Severely undermanned and gutted out a gritty win. Hopefully we can keep up this effort going forward.

  2. Therealrickyrubio

Happy with that. Really felt like the wolves of old tbh, a weirdly refreshing game. Also:

    Naz Reid

  3. YungSzczerbiak

Everybody shoots 1000 free throws at the next practice

Ugly win > any kind of loss. I’ll take it I guess.

    Also, Naz Reid.

  6. train345643

I don’t understand being so down after a win to close a HORRIBLE road-trip being down 5 of our top 8 players in the rotation. It was a good win

  7. MinnesotaNoire

Obviously time to trade away Ant, Rudy, and Kat to build around Naz.

  8. Glock26s

It’s clear as day that ant and kat play better without gobert on the court at the same time, I mean ant has even came out and told us “It’s hard to drive when everyone is in the paint” why didn’t we listen? I thinK DLo is fine with ant and kat, dlo is there for when ant is playing to passive and keeps passing it up.

  9. Ant needs to shoot like 1000 free throws after the game

  10. kieran1017

Great rebounding, active hands, fun energy.

  11. organized_meat

It does not matter what lineup we put out there, it seems we are incapable of not shitting the bed in the 3rd quarter. I wonder what the talk in the locker room has been about our 3rd quarter collapses, they’ve gotta be talking about it.

  12. Sam7sung

Happy with the way Ant and Nowell played. Took a lot of responsibility tonight. Naz played great. I just wish him and Ant wouldn’t miss so many FTs

  13. Takeaways:

    1) Rivers’ best game.

    2) Among non-centers, Jaylen Nowell has got to be top 10 in attempted floaters in the paint.
I am also rather sure that he is in the bottom 10 in how many of them he actually makes.

    3) Naz Reid.

    4) Well done overall given how everybody was out. I especially miss JMac

That’s Timberwolves basketball baby. Would have been moreso if we’d lost but still.

  15. JamesDHoward22

I’d like to say cheering on this team keeps me feeling young. But tonight. They aged me 2 years.

  16. Ant with some BIG plays on defense down the stretch. You absolutely LOVE to see it!

  17. DiabolicalToast

We really gotta practice our freethrows. Is it just more or does it seem like Ant’s shooting form at the line is inconsistent?

  18. FlyingScissor

10-3 on the season in “clutch” games. I dont think it is ideal to get both beat on the boards only take 25 3 pointers in your small ball lineup. The zone worked good tonight and the Wolves forced a ton of turnovers but this team needs to find a way to get healthy fast.

  19. ChbbyKttns

Big vet presence from Austin Rivers tonight

  20. I just want to thank the players and team for this game. I haven’t enjoyed really any games this season until just now.

Trade everyone that didn’t play today. I don’t care. This was fun and I would gladly watch them win or lose playing like this with these guys all season.

  21. Extremelycloud

OKC are alright. Reckon they cash some picks in the off-season for some solid vet role players and they’re away. Hard to not like them! They play hard, not dirty players, young dudes. Good team.

  22. DoctorPlasticCuts

That was a fun game. I think I enjoyed it because I’ve half given up on the season and had low expectations for this one

  23. VikingsandWolves

Seriously Naz is a starter if he improves his 3 ball. Defense has greatly improved. Can tell he puts the work in.

  24. I think we should abolish the 3rd quarter in basketball
