That's what a winning needs and right now the Knicks are the hottest team in the NBA. I've been critical of Thibs also but he showed he will adapt and not be stubborn and stick with players who were not getting it done. Grimes Sims and Deuce have injected this team with a defensive mindset and energy that has affected everyone.
