I don’t think it can be overstated just how difficult that shot is. It takes extreme muscle memory to be able to release the ball at just the right height and put the proper amount of spin on it. Kareem Abdul Jabbar was the only person to be able to do it on a consistent basis

Just a regular hook shot. A sky hook is Where you jump, put your arm straight up and then use your wrist to shoot the ball. He’s using his whole arm – so not a sky hook but closer than most.

I have watched probably just about every game Terrence Ross has played for the Magic once he was traded here. I can confidently say I have never seen him take this shot before. He probably stunlocked most people watching that live lol
