The REAL source of hate for the Suns is that people hate that they're good now. Bullies online like the idea that the weak stay down. "No Suns, you stay shitty. You can't be confident" it's that ratchet high school mentality.

I have tremendous respect for the Suns and Booker for how they've turned the franchise around, and how Booker had stayed loyal to his team when he could've very easily been a diva like everyone claims him to be a force his way out. Everyone hated on him when the Suns were bad and said he put up "empty stats", and yet he didn't run from that and helped build upon the team.
As a raps fan it feels like the suns are just throwing fists at everyone a-la Booker making our raptor mascot leave the game when there were zero fans in the audience .

The Suns are the only team in the league I actively root against and it's primarily because of Book and CP. Absolute dickheads. It's always satisfying when they lose.

Suns are the epitome of fans loving a team when they’re up and hating them when they’re down. Suns up 2-0 in the finals, everyone saying cp3 finally one of the greats and Dbook is one of the top players. Suns lose and now it’s cp3 is terrible and not clutch and Dbook is not one of the top players because he’s cocky. Nba is so unfun because the majority of twitter opinions are casuals that can’t just watch greatness.
All the "hated" teams have similar things in common, when you upset fan bases of LeBron, Steph, and now Luka, you'll be "hated".
