thanks for all the hard work making these videos. i was alive watching these games . the younger generation hopefully will watch old broadcasts to learn how great mj was .without a doubt the most fierce player to ever play . loved watching these vids brought back a lot of memories

"I never saw Michael Jordan quit, in any game" says it all. How many players can you say that about? Certainly not LeBron James. Michael cared about the game and he cared about the fans. He has said fans paid a lot of money to watch him play and that's what he was going to do. This era of "load management" is about selfish players and is an indictment of the mentality of modern basketball players.

He played 15 years and scored almost 32,000 points ,retired twice that makes 13 years ,so imagine how many points he would've score if he played 20 seasons like LeBron James ,at 40 he avg 21.2 points per game with the wizards ,that's insane so he was supposed to shatter every record ,but he really wanted to surpass magic and bird ,that were from his era and retired in peace knowing he eclipsed the 2 best players of his era ,but against Kobe and LeBron Michael would've go to a new level ,when u challenge Michael he bring a level you've never seen before ,and people forget that ,he played passive until u challenge him ,that's why people consider him the greatest to ever do it

I remember actually watchign that game. I didn't have cable back then. The game was on blackout in detroit. But a friend of a friend, was watching the game. OMG. We had missed the entire season, as Mike was out. MIND YOU, I was in Highschool at the time.
JORDAN Popped 63, over the Boston Celtics.. In which Boston had the best record in the League. And also BOSTON went on to be the World Champions, that YEAR. So the GOAT put up 63 against the World Champs. Same year, Larry Bird was MVP. Things, people forget when Jordan went off for 63.. WHO was he playing, and What team. And winning in BOSTON.. Which was extremely difficult that year.

VERY few thought Kareem’s all time scoring record would be surpassed, someone some day may break Jordan’s 63pt playoff record. But I HIGHLY doubt it will be against a juggernaut of a team, one with 5 Hall of Famers, one of the greatest teams EVER. That’s what makes MJ’s performance so GREAT!
