Mountain Mike is such an important piece for this Jazz team. I know he's old, but I hope they keep him for the future. He's the glue guy for this team, just like how Joe Ingles was. Even when his minutes eventually get replaced by Alexander-Walker or some other young point guard, I want Conley on that lineup for that veteran leadership.

You are forgetting one key ingredient for this team: Will Hardy. The rookie head coach man has done a masterful job maximizing the talents (and hiding the weaknesses) of his team of misfit players and castoffs and getting maximum effort from them.
