its good practice to shoot one handed, but never thought about doing it in a game

This is better than Jordan shooting fts with his eyes closed don’t @ me

I used to do this in rec ball as a kid, worked better for me since I had terrible mechanics. Power to him for going ahead with it here. If it goes in, it doesn’t matter how you do it.

Maybe spend less time at the hair salon and more time practicing at the gym.

Maybe he should use both hands

At this point just use the Granny technique. No shame in it.

Dejounte was almost doing this when they were rebuilding his shot his first and second year. They’re just trying to get rid of his terrible mechanics (his shots are crazy flat and go side to side a lot). As weird as it is to see, I think it’s actually good that they’re doing this during the year if his shot needs a complete rebuild. No point in having him grind in even more terrible reps during games that you’re not trying to win.

He trying to look like Rodman?

I wouldn’t be surprised if this was part of a training regiment in practice. And someone then just said fuck it.

Thought he was in practice

That seems pretty encouraging

He is one of the worst players i’ve seen this season, hope he improves

when your FT% so bad your teammate expects you to miss it and goes all out for the offensive rebound
Level_Ad_6372
Never a big show of confidence when your teammate is hustling that hard for the rebound lol

Is that frank ocean
Bruh.
This is embarrassing for the Rockets.
He should just shoot it underhand. Sochan definitely has the type of personality where he wouldn’t be embarrassed at trying underhand.
I’ve never understood how a professional basketball player shoots less than 50-60% from the line. Just fucking practice
