Nobody, not even the so called "basketball superfans" give Steven Adams his props, the disrespect for that man is biblical, even tho he is essential to Grizz's success.

Steven Adams is easily the most underrated Grizzlies player. He’s never mentioned in the same sentence as Morant even though a third of Ja’s offence comes from Adams screens. He’s an elite rebounder and screener and he wins about 95% of jump balls he’s involved with. He’s also been a huge part of their defence this year. He literally moves around some of the leagues most physically imposing players like they’re nothing. Giannis’s offence often involves a bump during his drive to the basket which knocks over most players. He tried that against Adams in the first quarter and Adams didn’t move. He didn’t try it again vs Steven for the rest of the game.
Grizzlies won the first edition of the rivalry with the Warriors when they won in the 2020-21 Play In Tournament.
Whoever owns the Grizz and the ones who created this mixture of talent need to be acknowledged. These kids are perfect for each other and the rewards are beginning to show its worth. To me, they have the deepest most talented team but until they knock off the Warriors nothing else will matter.

Tyus has filled Banes spot jumper role with Bane out, and replaces Ja efficiently has a backup point. By the way, the Grizzs second unit has all started multiple games this year except Zhaire who was hurt. Oh, one more thing….Brandon Clarke.
