The Knicks continued their hot streak with a clutch victory against the Pacers. They now have the longest win streak in the entire NBA, with a 7 game win streak. Last night’ victory over the Pacers is a win that the Knicks likely would not have gotten last year. The Knicks were down by 6 with less than two minutes left in the game. Saying Julius had an excellent game is a bit of a stretch. Yes, those 6 free throws were extremely clutch, but for the most part Nesmith treated Randle like the proverbial red headed stepchild.
Randle got good pg play out of rose 2 years ago. Rose was hurt last year and there was no serviceable pg at all and he regressed badly. Now we got a very good pg and look at randle. It's obvious what he needs

I think the win streak ends at 7 but that's nothing to sneeze at. I still see a lot of improvement thus far with more room to grow. Go Knicks!!!

Hey that's true but lets not forget how well Randall is playing during this streak because 25 points and 14 rebonds besides those two stops at the end, and he sealed the game with those 6 free throws. I think people have not given Randall enough credit for his play.

This starting lineup is great! We got us a great PG for years to come. Just gotta keep him healthy. Randle still needs to work on his defense and stop being lazy. Also Randle needs to make quicker decisions with the ball. He tries to fight through double, triple teams, and passes out too late. Randle is the 2nd big man up after Robinson, and I barely see Randle in the box on defense.. I feel bad for Rose, but the younger bench is faster and we have solid bench. Can't wait for Obi-One to come back to sub out Randle. But Sims is putting in great minutes. I like Isaiah, great pick up as back up center. Quickley can reach 6th man award. But Quetin Grimes has been the best all round player since this lineup was established. We can easily be the 3 seed.

McBride and Grimes solidified the Knicks defense. They were one of the worst defensive teams in the league before McBride started getting minutes and Grimes came back from injury. Giving up less then 100 pts per game during the streak

Randle value High Trade Him
Last night was a tough guy it out win Jalen & Julius was very clutch down the stretch. This current rotation that we have has been a cohesive unit. As far as the streak I'm taking it one game at a time.
I give them all credit. I think Grimes is only going to get better offensively as he plays more. But he’s also capable of putting up points. He just needs more time. And since Fournier was never actually signed to the Knicks (shhhh….) he’ll get all the playing time he needs. Add McBride to that list too.
Lastly…. I love Obi and want nothing but success for him. But Sims as the 4 off the bench with Hartenstein is kind of genius.

The defense of Grimes and McBride has catapulted this team in addition to RJ finally getting his head out of his a$$ and started like a decent NBA player!!
Let's not forget how well Isaiah Hartenstein is playing while Mitch is resting. Dude is a rebounding machine. A lot of times he and Mitch combined have well over twenty rebounds a game. The other night dude pulled down about ten boards in like ten minutes. He's not great on defense like Mitch but he adds some offensive spark and his pulling down boards and Jericho Sims defense while Mitch is on the bench getting a breather has also been invaluable to the Knicks. But I keep telling people that if not for Grimes, McBride and Brunson stretching out the floor then there is no way the Knicks are this good. RJ and Randle can drive through the lane without having to drag two or three bodies with them while driving to the basket. Brunson and Randle won that game but RJ helped keep it competitive early. Those two monster dunks he and Julius laid down yesterday were poster-worthy. Happy to see my team winning some games finally.
I think they win all the games up to Philadelphia. This won streak will get to 11 nd I haven't checked out their schedule past philly
