I’m convinced if the opposing teams sent all 5 players into the paint after a shot, the jazz would never get a single rebound.

We would’ve saw Lauri score 50 if Quin was still the coach. He’d never change the line up. Although Kessler was a rebound away from a double double, and Lauri almost got a new career high, I’m glad Hardy didn’t let them play, and then potentially get injured

Seriously unreal game from Lauri. He was lights out, shooting over anybody smaller than him, blowing by those taller than him and getting to his spots. He knew today was the beginning of all star voting lol
Clarkson looked so much better tonight, 21 points 6 assists. He still was forcing shots (will he ever stop?) but him passing the ball made offense come easier for him
Conley hasn’t found his offensive stroke yet, but he still continues to look good as our PG. He slows the game down and finds the open man.
Kessler looked good tonight, but Duren at him on the boards. However, it allowed for Vando to jump in and get 18-13-6 tonight. He was everywhere, cutting at the right times, and fighting for those rebounds, and shot 4(!) threes!
Rudy Gay continues to get too many minutes, but he looked above average tonight by Rudy Gay’s standards. He led the team in +/- surprisingly, at +30 in 22 min. But it certainly wasn’t because of him. He shares a lot of minutes with Markkanen, Beasley, and Clarkson, which is attributing to his outrageously high +/-
Beasley had an off shooting night, but still poured in 17 points. No assists, which is tough to see for anybody, but especially a shooter like Threesley
Our offensive rebounds were huge tonight, especially from Kessler and Vando. Generated a lot of second looks. We also did really well managing our turnovers! Major improvement from our average on the season, only getting 12 turnovers tonight
Our bench didn’t really produce outside of Threesley. Fontecchio missed his only shot, THT got 2 minutes, and NAW wasn’t hunting for shots. He went 1-4 and 0-3 tonight from 3, which might be him regressing to the mean after his crazy stats when Conley was out.
Overall I was impressed by our guys. We just shot lights out form 3, making 20 3’s tonight compared to Detroits 9
It was great to see Bogey again, and AB, but it was Jaden Ivey tonight for the Pistons. He went to the line 11 times lmao

If it wasn’t a blow out win, Lauri’s could have broke a lot of team’s record. Happy to see they have picked up a win after the horrible 2 lossing game against a contender teams.
