I still would love to see some Jaxson Hayes. We need more athletic length, although he has been disappointing so far. Last year he showed some good promise
The team as a whole has looked bad on defense. The rotations and switching seem to be taking a toll on them. Zion in particular looks uninterested once he gets beat off the dribble.
Why Zion only had 5 touches in 3 quarters they need a pure point guard

The problem is in the just Zion minutes we don’t have any pure shooters to put around him, devontae is useless at the moment, Jose is struggling to hit a thing and trey is struggling, so rather than put them out with Zion and not only miss shots but also get destroyed on defence, I think the reason we saw the defensive lineups was because of limitations to the roster.
We are deep team but we need a consistent 3pt shooter like Malik Beasley or Jordan clarkson to make other teams not just load up in the paint and dare everyone to make shots.
Also a big reason we were out scored was because of jonas, there was a ton of possessions where either he was the last one back on defence so Giannis had already gotten a head of steam by then or he was in the paint and brook lopez had spaced out to three, (hence why Lopez had 30pts!) that’s why to me turner is a better fit, he may not be the offensive weapon JV can be, but he much more consistent on defence
Zion had deep post position multiple times on Jrue and didn't get the ball.
Pels were fortunate to go on that winning streak without BI, but it is becoming increasingly clear that the Pels miss BI more and more every game. I think they'll be ok, once BI returns to take some of that pressure off Zion.
When will BI be back? I'm a huge Herb fan but I question would the roster be better if he was part of the second line?
Im pretty sure the Bucks strategy was to let valenchunis shoot 3s. This time he made them. He didn't stop brook either though.
I don't overreact on 1 game sample sizes. We all pretty much know what needs to happen. #1 Xavier needs to come back. #2 CJ needs to become a lot more consistent – particularly his terrible shooting numbers if he's going to be a sieve on defense #3 JV needs to be more consistent with rebounds and better rim protection… #4 all DG's minutes need to go to Dyson. #5 Tre has to get some semblance of a handle – he can't dribble the ball worth shi# and can only go to line drive to the hole when they run out at him. Thus, when Xavier comes back, we'll have our alpha wolves 2nd unit back intact of Jose, Dyson (who I really want to start vice Herb but Willie wouldn't dare) Naji, Tre, and Nance. That's a Western Conference finals team – regardless of our flaws.
I think some fans can forget the process of becoming a real contender. Boston, Warriors, Bucks etc have played together for years and failed for many years too. So to just expect a championship run this soon is a bit unfair for a pretty young squad, I mean Zion is pretty much a 2nd year guy with his games played. Avoiding the play in should be an expectation and whatever extra is great
Our in game adjustments take a lot longer than it should. It took until maybe 7mins left in the 4th to understand you might wanna post Z against holiday instead of attacking an elite perimeter defender from the perimeter. That's coaching but also lack of having that true PG

Nobody can stop Zion except Zion. Zion's problem is he's not aggressive enough sometimes. Still waiting to see that 25 of 35 game from Zion.
I’m glad you touched on the defensive rotations. We’ve allowed 120 plus points to each of our opponents in these 4 losses. We’re not gonna win a ton of games if that trend continues. So hopefully the coaching staff makes those adjustments. We are capable of playing better defensively. We were doing it on that 7 game win streak.
Pels still need 3 point shooting ! Teams leave Naji and Devonte open to help against Zion. Trey has been good , but inconsistent.
