The Orlando Magic are looking to rebuild after their win streak ended. they may get a major reinforcement with Wendell Carter slated to return Friday for the team. As December turns into January though the trade deadline starts to come into focus. While it is still too early to think too much about targets, it is clear the team is well-positioned to do what it needs for the long term.

Agree entirely about this trade window. No need to make an aggressive push yet, too early. However, each trade window from next summer onwards til Franz's rookie deal ending will be increasingly important for the long term. We have two wings/forwards on rookie deals already which is huge. After this season's draft, Orlando should have a clearer path ahead on what moves to make.
