A few things I like about Weaver.
1. He drafts not just talent, but high character people. Cunningham, Ivey, Duren all have star potential, but they are also give back to the fans and are caring.
2. He gets people who want to be here. Watching this year's draft and seeing just how much Ivey wanted to be a Piston, that's the passion you want to see. Also, not just going out and trading for Bojan, but signing him to an extension…these are people who wanted to be here.
The pistons just need a good Head coach now
