The coach gotta be held accountable. He doesn't call timeouts and his late game plays are terrible. Asides from his late game plays, he's literally a black Brad Stevens which is why he even hired him. Boston needs a coach like Ime Udoka asides from the unprofessionalism off the court. Someone like Sam Cassell, Larry Drew, Lionel Hollins etc.

The Celtics should play a more team oriented game, just like they did in their first 25 games. They should also somehow adjust so that teams won't recognize their movement. JT is right though in how should they approach every game.
