Isn’t sochan 19-20? I think people forget he is basically still a kid.
If he gains confidence and has success shooting one handed, he should keep shooting his free throws that way. Who cares if some people think it looks funny, it at least isn't the granny underhand shot.
Wow I taught myself this technique It forces you to work on shoulder elbow wrist coordination all the way to the tip of your fingers it will definitely make you a better shooter . Nobody taught me this I figured this out on my own

My grand pops taught me to dribble on the walls and shoot one hand on each hand. So, Im not surprised coaches teach this. Go Spurs Go!!! Keep shooting Jeremy!

Granted Jeremys' 3 point shooting and free throw shooting is terrible at this point, I've actually been somewhat surprised with his mid range shot so far.
