I’m taking Zion first. IDC IDC IDC. Only player I’d maybe take over him is Tatum. I think those two have the most potential to make game-changing plays on both ends of the court.

  2. isaacz321

I just listened to it. Just disagree with parts of it for sure mainly herro not being in top 25 with other 3 guards lamelo/edwards not being ahead of them but do keep in mind this was recorded earlier in the year. Why say Jackson is low and huerter is so high

  3. Few_Mulberry7175

Scottie and Huerter over Paolo is still stupid

And Jaren is top 10 for me. Def over Mobley

  4. Usual_Adhesiveness92

    >21. Kevin Huerter

    >23. Paolo Banchero

    Hahahahahahahahahaha

  5. peja_webber

LMAO this list is trash. Huerter should clearly be top 5

  6. clampster1245

Feels like way too little value placed on past playoff experience. Luka and Tatum are leagues ahead of the next 5 names after them. Trae needs to move up for sure.

  7. Lost-Diadem-3940

Should have included snippets of the reasoning but oh well.

  8. TommyShelbyDon

Imo it’s ridiculous not to have Zion at 2 or 3

  9. Exzibit21

LaMelo is so underrated it’s actually hilarious

  10. Wolvesin7

Ant has shown that he can excel in a playoff setting already and gets put at 19… come on now

  11. vsouto02

Some analytics nerds are way too much in love with players like Kevin Huerter.

  12. JoeyBird9

I swear these are just made to piss everyone off

  13. readytofly68

not a heat fan but no herro instantly makes this list invalid

  14. redportwood

Anthony Edwards and Paola Banchero are too low

  15. Drewbacca_Hrrrgrgrar

This definitely falls in line with the Paolo Banchero not getting enough hype thread.

  16. Time_Caterpillar1314

Im Sorry but Tyler Herro deserves to be here over Jordan Poole

  17. Joetheshow1

Jordan Poole is LAUGHABLY high, what is this

  18. RunThePnR

Should be clearly Ja over Shai if we’re not basing potential.

  19. Slow-Rate-8582

Not going to be a popular take but here we go:

Vassell, Poole, huerter, Vanderbilt are higher then they should be. I look at this in the context of body of work as well as how I think they would perform in comparison to others. Put lamelo, edwards, herro above all of them on any team.

  20. OutfitLeshawn

Lamelo’s pick is straight up disrespectful

  21. LazyTitan___

Please remember this is playoff related and only 2 of these guys have actually played in a Finals

  22. senor_zanjeer

    Allen over Ayton?

Ayton is an impact player in the playoffs. Idk about Allen yet

Ayton was the MVP of the suns 2021 post season run imo

  23. mamayoua

I know potential tends to mean career potential, but if we’re talking about ability to perform in this year’s playoffs, isn’t it all potential?

  24. sirgreystone11000

I’m not sure I buy at this point that Trae Young would be a useful playoff player if the team was not built around him or a player of similar type. I would much rather have Halliburton in a playoff series

  25. LogDogan4

ITT: a whole bunch of people not understanding the list.

  26. NeonxGone

I swear whenever a new, very conditional, ranking of players comes out 90% of this sub loses their ability to fucking read.

  27. WeeWoooFashion

Bruh how has JT been under 25 for forever

  28. JakeGittes74

SGA at 3 for ability to contribute in a playoff setting? Dude must also have a deal with The Ringer cuz he’s all they ever talk about. Maybe i just haven’t seen him play enough but his hype is insane.

Also, Lamelo and Edwards have more upside.

  29. actingpaul

I just don’t see why Garland would be above Trae. On a down year, Trae still has 7 more ppg and 2 more apg. Even their TS% is almost the same, with Garland being .01% higher. Garland has never led his team to the playoffs and their best player – in fact he even got knocked out by Trae and the Hawks last year in the play in. The Trae disrespect is too real

  30. MCHamlet

Maybe I’m too high on him but I say Paolo at 10

  31. Lol not a single GM in the nba would take Barnes over Paolo

  32. suchgwow

Ant is atleast 10 spots too low. We literally saw him dominating last year in the playoffs.
