Ahh, the annual New Year Knicks slide. Tis the season.

  2. smallskeletal

Can always count on the Xmas day game for a reality check lol. We have the building blocks but we’re not on the level of the Sixers who are hitting their stride

  3. tarikkisija

For 3 years not knowing what to do on zone is on Thibs

  4. Towel_Crafty

CALL THE FUCKING GAME EVEN ALL FOUR QUARTERS!!!!!!

  5. We’re sorry for making Philly happy today 😔😔😔

Star power kicked our ass in the second half

  6. ZephyrAero

Can we just rest our players on Christmas? I am sick of watching them lose on Christmas

  7. spaceninj

    I hate our home court.

Still, I’m more upset about the Bulls game because we gave it away.

This game was a mix of robbery (FTA) and scrubs getting hot.

  8. TapHaunting7779

i had planned on giving my kids their presents after the game but after what I just saw no one’s getting anything. The day is ruined.

  9. That_Rutabaga_3530

There’s not much you can do when the other team shoots double your FTs and you play sloppy in the 4th

  10. zOmgFishes

Lost 3 close games and everyone ready to declare the season over

  11. HypeLife127

RJ at the end was painful but he’s still that guy, Merry Christmas all!

#KNICKS LOSING ON XMAS, A TRADITION LIKE NO OTHER

  13. PorzingisDingus

Bro RJ’s tunnel vision is so frustrating

  14. MonJcfarland

This team just plays low IQ basketball for extended stretches and it’s hard not to put it on Thibs. Lose too many games we should win by not executing

  15. Oprahapproves

7 out of last 8 Christmas games lost. The Knicks hate pressure

  16. Thelastpope16

I think most of us knew that this version of RJ was going to show after last game

  17. Nti11matic

Have to figure out how to beat zone. It’s been a problem for us all year and it will kill us in a playoff series if we get that far.

  18. SlipperSlap

Did the refs just swallow their whistle in the 4th for the Knicks? Randle and RJ getting slapped and mauled and nothing lmao. They were so damn audible too

  19. NoScopeMusical

    – Another game that got away from us, this time to offensive ineptitude.
    – Orange Julius (35) & Jalen Brunson (23) were the standouts.
    – Joel Embiid is an incredible player who is awful to watch with his flopping and ref-baiting. There’s being good at drawing fouls, and then there’s exploiting ticky-tack foul calls. Terrible to watch
    – James Harden may be slightly washed, but he can still score in bunches, and he did today. 29 & 13 is nothing to sneeze at
    – The 76ers are a hard team to watch. At least we got them two more times.

Really regretting not trading for Donovan Mitchell. I told myself it was okay, but it’s not, we need Star power if we ever wanna win against Celtics/Buck/Sixers/Nets. We can beat any other east team
And most west teams but we will never hang around the contenders without true star power.

Our “Mid 3” features borderline all-stars which is good we got 3 super competent players. But I’d rather scrap the role players and have 2 of those competent players paired with a superstar.

  21. TapHaunting7779

Grimes selling on defense. Who would’ve thought.

  22. YanniSwagger

Niang hit every 3 from the exact same spot from the exact same behind the back pass from Harden, great defensive scheme

  23. Uniquely_structured1

RJ try to not brick 15 shots in a row and smoke every single layup challenge (IMPOSSIBLE)

  24. PirateKata

I know sixers are a better team but after losing 2 straight at home i was hoping for a christmas gift by the knicks.

This team is nothing without brunson. Randle is mentaly weak, always gets in his head and makes questionable plays down the stretch. RJ was awful today.

Our defence has been awful the last 2 games

  25. Braunb8888

What an embarrassing quarter. Figure out the zone thibs

  26. wizardofweird

Just a reminder the 76ers are contending for a championship this year and the Knicks are competing for a top 8 seed… they have 2 All NBA players and we have 2 borderline All Stars

I enjoyed the first 3 qtrs a lot and I’m not stressing about this team. We are in the best position we’ve been in years. Happy holidays y’all

  27. Eddaughter

That 4th was hard to watch. Merry Christmas 🙂

  28. kingkazuma387

Harden single handedly flipped the momentum when we kept playing drop coverage on him and let him walk into those bombs. Not like we’ll win many games giving up that many open looks from deep though.

  29. I’m starting to get the feeling that our team is exhausted, especially the mid 3. Minutes average isn’t that high on the season but they’ve been playing like 40 min/g since the start of the win streak and Toppin’s injury. We continue to have terrible 4th quarters.

Thibs will never learn that you can’t just run your players into the ground without expecting negative effects down the line.

  30. Agitated_Smoke538

Well we offically peaked on Tuesday. It was a fun season while it lasted. Let’s hope the Lakers keep the Mavs in the lottery.

  31. Mr_Jersey

Grimes kind of a space cadet out there today.

  32. nyc_brand

If jalen misses extended time, wouldn’t be surprised if thibs loses his job

  33. EscaperX

everyone shot .500 or better, except for 1 person…
