    Mavs are getting better with playing Doncic off ball.

    There's a lot of plays here where Luka just camps in the three point line and let's THJ and the other work. And he's been getting some open looks. Probably needs to practice C&S but he'll be deadly if he can add that. He even got a game winning three last game with the same set plays we saw this game.

    Wood playing good is probably the key here. He needs to play disciplined basketball. Love how he played here. Took advantage of open looks. Pass the ball when someone's open. He has the potential to be great in the short roll.

    Good thing LeBron only cares about the scoring title and not actually winning games 😅🙏.
    When Luka got his 5th foul I got really scared. I thought LeBron would attack him on every possession to either get easy baskets or getting Luka his last foul . Lakers could've won the game but LeBron just went to the bench

    Really nice win. Hopefully Josh Green and DFS are close to returning. Obviously the FO has some moves/decisions to make. We gravely need another pivot with Kleber out and McGee just north of useless. As much as we've liked what we've seen from Walker i'm not crazy about a part time 3rd guard. Totally fine to sit him out on the second game of a b2b, but anything beyond that keep looking or continue to give more minutes to Wright imvho. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

    I really felt sorry for the Lakers without AD they don't have much offense or defense. Mavs are hitting on all cylinders with CW in the starting lineup he has really improved his defense along with his devastating offense.
