I congratulate you on your courage! This is an unpopular opinion even in Serbia. 🙂 It's a big deal for Nikola that he entered the story of the best centers of all time. Shaq stated a few days ago that Jokic entered the twenty best centers of all time. 😂If Jokic doesn't have teammates like Shaq and Kareem or a perfect team like Duncan's San Antonio, he certainly won't win a title. It will diminish his basketball greatness in front of those who do not see the bigger picture, but by true connoisseurs of the game he will be valued as he deserves. Only stupid people will laugh at your opinion, and I'm sure there will be many, many, many of them. 🙂 Of course you predicted something like that, but you obviously don't care about it.

Here's the thing. Because the League's in a new era of centers, we have to divide the GOAT centers into two categories: Antique Centers and New Era Centers*. Top 5 Power Centers are Kareem, Russell, Wilt, Hakeem, and tie with Shaq and Moses. Top 5 New Era Centers are Jokic, Duncan, Dirk, Embiid, and Giannis.
*New Era Center is a hybrid post, perimeter, and, in Jokic's case, point player.
I am a Jokic fan… Jokic may have better all around skill, but let's not push Jokic in this convo until he wins the championship. We can't underestimate Shaq dominance and winning ways…to compare anyone with Wilt and Russell is really not clear conparassion since NBA wasn't as competetive back in their day… Kareem, Hakeem and Shaq are untouchable for Jokic still… But he may be better than all other centers, but still he has to prove that in the playoffs and championship run…
