Sure, then you realize the Sixers tanked and got Embiid (great) but development still matters.

Tank fans really want us to waste siakams prime

Look either we win and make the playoffs and then who knows what happens.
Or we lose and get a good draft pick.
I’m looking at this as win win.

Even of we don’t get wemby, Scoot would be a great pick as well.

I dont care if they tank or not, I just don’t want Masai to trade our 1st, this is a deep draft and we could find a stud center in the 1st round this draft. I mean I love Koloko, but he definitely seems to project being closer to a backup C, who can start meaningful games in a pinch. Also I’d rather Precious and Pascal stick to their strengths and not play as much center

They aren’t bad enough to tank. I can’t fathom how there is a sizable portion of fans on this sub that are too stupid to understand that. Even in the Tampa tank year they only finished 8th last. They won 48 games last season with a nearly identical roster to this one. There is no tank vs tank debate, only people with common sense vs people without any.

i don’t understand the “tank fans” at all. does no one remember that this team almost blew it up after the 2018 playoffs? and what we got out of staying competitive? we would have no kyle (the player and his legacy), no demar, no kawhi, no championship, no respect for this franchise (still a laughing stock in the playoffs), no growth for our current core. and what would we have gotten out of it? rj barrett in the 2019 draft and a kevin o’connor article about what a clever front office we have
