Bad form?? It's one fluid motion, elbow in line, index finger between the eye and the ear, rotated shoulder, extended elbow and hand in the cookie jar… what do you know about shooting? This drill is literally taught all over the country to help people shoot better. Kudos to him for letting his ego down and trying to get better.

I see nothing wrong. Elbow in, good rotation and follow through. This is definitely a drill that’s taught for good form.
