Who are these people?
I personally thought New Orleans won the trade as soon as it was announced.
Dumb azz question ESPN
What do you mean actually? He was the best player in the trade?
As a Blazers fan, it was tough seeing CJ go but it had to be done. Wish we could’ve kept Larry tho. The powell/Covington trade to the clippers was a Hall of Fame trash trade tho
Figured it was obvious they won the trade lol
I dont know who he was traded or, but it seems both teams are doing well. Portland got another really good young player in Anfernee Simmons to replace him, and CJ is flourishing as a point guard in NO.
Everyone always forgets that a trade can be win win or lose lose trade.
Wow…. Ok. National media must be bound by ancient magic that makes them unable to admit when New Orleans does something good
CJ is a much better player than I already thought, as a point guard he is doing much better than I thought.
Pels won by a mile.
cj with ingram and zion? no wonder the pelicans are the favorite to win it all
They forgot one of the biggest wins of the trade Larry Nance.
1:21:36 Can we just take a minute to appreciate how much time and effort was placed into the vid?
It's fabulous, and I consider they deserve a lot more than that
What an opportunity to start anew?! The young talent around him along with his guidance is great.
Too early to grade
portland basically traded cj and nance for grant and hart
which is a kinda petfect fit
ESPN as usual, undervalue the Pels. They neglected to mention the impact Larry Nance has had on the team. And he was a throw away piece in this trade, and has been a great addition to the team, the culture, and the city. Pels should get an A.
I mean …. We got Larry and cj , I miss hart , but we won that trade
THESE EXPERTS 🤷🏽♂️ ARE CRAZY
NO MENTION OF LANCE? 🤦🏽♂️ HE PUT THE TRADE OVER THE TOP FOR THE PELICANS 💪🏾 PLUS THAT PICK DIDNT GO TO DETROIT IT BECAME 2 SECOND ROUNDERS 😂😂🤔🤪
FAKE NEWS 💩
good take
lol this nut had the Pelicans getting CJ Mccolum & Larry Nance as a C- when it first happened. These dudes aren't qualified to speak on hooping.
he brings the balance
They are still grading the Pels too low. Nance has been huge for the Pels and both CJ and Nance signed extensions. NOLA gave up a Bucks FRP and Josh Hart. This is an easy A for the Pels especially when they are looking like a top 4 teams in the West right now
I feel like Floyd at the moment. Amazing feeling.
Didn’t they get sharpe though? I like his upside more then cj
Tim is such a casual imagine actually watching Simons play and saying he is a lesser version of cj mccollum 😂 he clearly has only seen highlights
mccollum not mCconnell bruh
I thought that was obvious they gave up no one of mention.
They def did his mere presence took the zionless pelicans to the playoffs
Of course they did, Portland got nothing
