60 fucking fouls. Most of which were called on the T-Wolves.

You wanna argue the game is rigged? This is a fantastic example. I’m saying this as a Neutral fan. Fuck the refs

  2. quietsam

Some say the refs are still blowing their whistles

  3. DrAbeSacrabin

God awful reffing. I HATE blaming refs but that was just horrible.

  4. PointGodAsh

Silver needs to sack up and get these refs under control. This shit is atrocious every fucking night. NBA has by far the worst refs in pro sports.

  5. AlrightP

Seems like the Vikings are using up all of Minnesota’s luck this year.

  6. twinsguy1

Missed call at the end with Zion’s elbow. Would be nice if the Wolves fucking EVER got the benefit of the whistle

  7. norcalxdockltl

One of the few times this season I think this team can get to and do something in the postseason. Tough loss but reason to be optimistic.

  8. VikingsandWolves

Refs hosed us again. What else is new.

  9. bobbywellington

Goodbye everyone, I’ll remember you all in therapy

  10. HumbleDuker

Loved to see the fight from the team although the loss does suck

  11. foye2smith

Pretty great hands the league is in with Ja and Zion just launching themselves into defenders and living at the line. We come to see stars dunk once or twice then shoot 20 free throws.

  12. Ok-Atmosphere5597

Nah bad call. That was an offensive foul by Zion, pure elbow.

  13. WillingCommittee

How can this franchise be bad no matter who the owner, coaches or players are? No matter what new food the arena gets, or how much money goes into upgrades, the team is simply ass. God damnit I wish I didn’t love basketball.

  14. PlayInChampions

    Absolutely INSANE lack of luck

    1) Gobert gets elbowed, bucket for Zion

    2) Zion makes a 3 in clutch, of course. He cannot shoot 3s.

    3) Zion makes 11 free throws in a row

    4) NO miss a 3, cannot grab a board

    5) And to start with, NO had 1% to get 1st pick in 2019, but they got it. On the draft with Zion and Ja where you cant miss even if you hire redditors to draft. Wolves being a PERENNIAL lottery team went up… check notes… once. When they had the best odds to get 1st pick, just not the worst record. Nah, we would rather get 2nd pick when we are the worst team and draft Derrick Williams.

  15. flying_alligators

Ref made the game unbearable. Idc who got cheated, this many calls can’t happen, ruined the game.

    Fuck the tos too

  16. swawesome52

We just watched free throws with a game in between

  17. As a proud refs fan, this was a great game. It was a pleasure to watch my favourite referees suit up and blow the whistle tonight.

  18. Agitated-Locksmith57

Man shitty way to lose after being up a majority of the game and we all knew it’s how it was gonna end

  19. We aren’t a good team, but its still infuriating when the league takes over games at the end like this. We don’t need to play against the refs too, Zion didn’t need that help.

  20. Disappointed and a little bit clueless as to how we let that one slip, but it should be okay to lose against the Pelicans given how they are doing atm, even without BI…

Gotta keep trying. It’s definitely not like we are getting blown out the way the Spurs beat our ass at the beginning of the season. Slow progress, but progress nonetheless.

  21. Kid_Delicious

Three FTs gifted to CJM, a soft tech on DLo late in a close, physical game, a feckless double technical when Jonas pushed Rivers and Rivers didn’t retaliate, a no-call on Zion elbowing Rudy on a drive to the basket… refs just handing this to the Pels. I fucking hate this sport sometimes.

  22. FullBonus

Can finch please take a fine and rail the refs?

  23. RunSomeArends

Damn that Rudy trade was straight ass.

  24. GrumpyBlondie

I’m seeing some weird posts about the season being long and I think it’s football fans not knowing the schedule of basketball. We’re about 42% of the way through the season. In football terms for y’all we are a playoff expected team that is sitting at 3-4. It is due or die time a lot sooner than a lot of y’all are caring to think about

  25. Bad luck, took one of the top teams in the West to the last possession. Yeah it sucks that we held a lead for more than half the game, but at the end of the day Zion is an absolute wrecking ball and the refs obviously had some influence. Not sure how anyone can watch this game and claim our team is broken. Everyone played pretty well besides Forbes. Rudy had 2-3 nice defensive plays early and 2-3 nice offensive plays in the 4th. That up and under and the block on Jonas were my favourites. Austin Rivers got absolutely fucked by the refs. Jaden had probably the most complete game of his career. On to the next one!

  26. twinsguy1

If KAT elbowed someone like Zion did, he would have gotten called for a flagrant not just an offensive foul.

No way he would ever get away with that, especially with under a minute left in the game.

  27. Senior-Idea-7372

Yet again, NBA refs proving to be atrocious night in night out. Some unreal bad calls/no calls in that game. That being said, I can’t believe we bet the house on Rudy’s soft and immobile ass. Proving to be one of the worst trades ever. Zero offensive touch, can’t guard big men who can shoot the three and seemingly softer in the paint than ever before (probably learning from KAT). Another year of high hopes and dismal results.

  28. BasedMoe

People forget we’re missing Kyle and TP. Forbes getting like 15 mins a game. He’s one of the worse players I’ve ever seen and I’m a wolves fan.
