Trae is like the worst fit possible in mavs. I cant even figure out how anyone csn think he actually fits. A chucker with bad shooting % that cant play defense and is about as tall as the average tabletennis player from china. He is like the anti what mavs looking for. Mavs should try to get Ayton or Zach Levine. Both players seem mad at their current teams. Ayton would give the Mavs a defensive player in the paint and someone that can run the pick and roll with Luka. Lavine can create for himself and he's a great shooter that could play off Luka.

Mavs miss 3 best defenders
I don't see how anyone could think Trae Young would fit on a team like the Mavericks along side Luka Doncic. Trae's entire game revolves around him having the ball in his hands and he is a completely liability on defense. Dallas needs a secondary ball handler. Trae would never accept a role like that… and honestly I can't blame him.
