Y'all need to check out a youtuber by the name of Brian Stutterer. I may be spelling his name wrong, but he's a sports physician and his whole channel is about examining sports injuries. He did a video about this and he points out that Killian Hayes could have seriously caused a life changing injury to Wagner if he connected that right hook in the right spot behind his head. He could have caused serious debilitating damage to Wagner's spinal cord and paralyzed him. Idk about getting charged, but I wanted to provide some proper context
