We do have a backup point guard we’ve just been starting him for some reason 😂 yes his defense is nice and he has his moments, but Nembhard should be the backup PG. #Start00
Pacers don't need a backup pg as they already have one. They need a starting PF which should push the guards down in rotation. They also need another good sized wing. Those will probably be targets for the draft or through trade. Of late, they have gone away from using Goga/Jackson outside of back to backs due to ball handling and lack of offensive threat. They are still there if needed. At this point I think it will be easier to keep Turner than try to find a good replacement. Eventually they can replace TJ but it doesn't have to be right away unless something works out for trades and it won't be with New York. 0 chance there. Reddish is a different story, but Pacers would have to eat Fournier's contract as well. Not sure if it's worth.
