It's time for a change, fire Thibs, and make a trade to upgrade this team, nobody on this roster is untouchable. Start with a package centering around Barrett and whoever else has to be included players/picks and get a real star in here already, If this team falls apart and they fail to upgrade at the deadlline then Rose, World Wide Wes and Thibs all need to be fired at seasons end.
We area 500 team. And yes without jb and rj we are a bad team. Without them we play a lot of inconsistent guys, that's just the way it is.

I do agree with you on Thibs. He is not a good coach at this point, as you correctly pointed out how he is either unable or unwilling to make in-game adjustments. His color-by-numbers way of coaching basketball does not work. There is enough talent on this team to get a 6 seed, and after that, who knows.
