Is anyone else confused about all the rock bottom talk? Things can (and probably will) get way worse for this team. They haven’t even started openly hating each other yet.

At least the reps and minutes help Ant get better. Because he has definitely improved his playmaking since the start of the year

I have said it for years and I will say it again. A team with KAT as a starter cannot contend.

Having a player, especially a big, that just cannot defend to save his life is just a guarantee for losing a LOT of games.

I’m at the point where this season is just hilarious. Anthony Edwards is 21, the only player who has a glimpse of being a consistent All NBA, franchise star, and you put all your chips into a 30 year old Rudy Gobert who needs elite coaching and high IQ vets to make him effective on both offense and defense.

It’s early, but Tim Connelly is making a strong case already as one of the worst GM’s in Wolves history

Lol it’s always after a loss to Detroit

The Pistons bench is pretty competent for a bad team. A lot of guys who can score like Bagley and Burks. Generally it’s vet heavy so at least you get guys who know what they’re doing

Rock bottom will be the top 5 pick Utah is getting.

At least you guys still have Ant but this team’s performances in the context of their talent level is just really disappointing. TC let the wolves down bad man ngl.

To be fair, this Wolves team is just weird. I still think they make the playoffs just on talent alone, but they genuinely play like an AAU team and generally look like they don’t like being around each other.

Sorry but it was extremely obvious from the second the trade was announced that this would be at best underwhelmimg and at most disastrous

What’s going on in Detroit. PG put up 45 and Kawhi 24 and still came up short against the pistons.

I keep watching to see how much worse they can keep getting and they improve their incompetence every game its almost comical! They traded their future for a defensive center who won’t defend and his only skill on offense is to set screens and dunk if he can catch a ball which is an adventure in itself.
They have too many guys out and the guys taking their spots are deep bench pieces so it’s just a wasted year

  13. Has anyone investigated the Connelly/Ainge relationship yet?

Thats what happened when you think Gobert and KAT are the second coming of Robinson and Duncan. That was such a stupid decision.

It really sucks when your favorite team is unwatchable. I’ve given up hope on a championship but I just want to see some good basketball.

I, for one, would have never guessed that the Gobert trade would go down as one of the worst ever.

I certainly haven’t been saying that since the moment the trade was announced.

I certainly didn’t say the Wolves gave up all those assets in hopes of doing the exact same thing they did last season: Act like a play-in win was the greatest moment in sports history and finish with the #7 seed.

Because who could have seen that coming?!? (Except every non-biased person that has ever watched the NBA.)

Wonder how many 1st rounds picks the Wolves can recover if they trade Gobert
