Nice win. Mavs taking care of business in the soft part of the schedule. Great to see Wood continue to become the player we had all hoped for and I take it as no small revelation McKinley Wright is getting some real burn off the bench. He doesn't need to be Brunson, just be a competent #3 point. JG get back extremely soon and for goodness sakes let's pick up another big that can ease some of Kleber's absence. Happy New Year!

Ive fallen in love with basketball thanks to luka. I'm a huge football/soccer fan(Fc-Barcelona-I'm sure soccer fans will know where i am going with this). He reminds me of Messi. The same player that made me fall deeper in love with the game after ronaldinho. Their similarities are just too danm eerie. The are both extraterrestrial talents- literally one of one, the both took the game by storm at an extremely young age Messi won his first individual honor(ballon) at just the age of 21, luka will get his (mvp) at 23. they both are tripple threats dribbling scoring and passing/vision at an ELITE level. Both have IQs that are off the charts .And both play the game on ez mode. They also share similar weakness – penalties and free-throws lol. All i'm trying to say is if you watch messi's carrier , luka is heading the same path literally GOATNESS. This kid is INEVITABLE.
ps- his defence was pretty darn good in this game and it has been improving. I'm sure no one notices this besides hardcore fans that watch each and everyone of their game cos people still be talking about "he plays no defence" I can't wait till he breaks the record steals in a game for people to notice how much he has improved. Pause at 6:25 watch how luka tells wright to move up so he can steal that ball. He read the play. This dude is actually very scary if you pay attention to the nuances in his game. Like he isn't scary enough as he is.

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I read an article that said Luke deliberately missed two free throws at the end of the game. I can see why he'd deliberately miss the second free throw – to kill the clock. But why would he deliberately miss the first free throw?
I can see there was a deliberate miss. Was that the first of a one-and-one? Or did he accidentally miss the first, and then deliberately miss the second? Either one of those makes sense to me. Thanks in advance.
