Don’t know if he’ll ever get the respect he deserves as an all time great rebounder. The way he does it is more subtle than a guy like Rodman, but Adams is on a legendary level when it comes to grabbing offensive boards.
Nobody has ever changed his teams ability to rebound like Steven Adams. He takes every team he’s on to an all time great rebounding level. It’s special.

Yeah, seems like big men are actually pretty damn useful in the NBA. Wink wink nudge nudge Masai Ujiri. Why the fuck do we still not have one of those?
He’s up around the top as an off-ball center. There are a lot of centers though in the league whose impact is more on-ball so you’re not really going to accurately compare them.
He’s good at what he does and in the best possible situation for his skills

I just read his book. Came out I think 2016/2017 he’s such a cool cat. Grew up with nothing in NZ, was lost after his dad died and became committed to bball. Glad to see everyone is giving him his long deserved flowers
