The way you use the word "confusing" is vague. What do you mean exactly? It seems that you mean to say "inconsistent". If that is the case, you will communicate your idea more effectively by using this word.
To your point: yes, bench players, including JP, are inconsistent. Which is better than straight up stinking. We know the core is very young. They're still learning how to win on the road. They're still developing defensive skills. They're still getting better during clutch time. We'll see if it will all gel in time for the playoffs. But the last few games have been promising.

The most shocking thing about the Warriors is the dramatic growth of young stars like JK, TY, Anthony Lamb and others. These young guys had to step big time with the loss of key role players, although they started relatively slow. Each game's constant growth has allowed them to string together this winning streak without some key players.
Poole is still young. It takes experience and failures to steady the ship.
The reason why they win so many home games is because the refs. 😊

I think the best part of the warriors 4 game winning streak is there defense if they can translate that defense on the road and win half of their road games they will be back at the cream of the crop. I think their young players play with a lot more confidence at home but they have to bring that same intensity on the road and I almost think they got it figured out.🏀
Most shocking? Have to say it is Ty Jerome…when he first appeared on for the Warriors my thought was he was another placeholder like Chris Chiozza of last year. No, this guy has real skills and even has a pro 3 point shot. They want to now refer to him as poor man's Steve Nash (don't know about that) but he has a definite place on the roster even though he can be overpowered on the defensive end.

How are people still confused by this team? Nothing here is unexpected or outside their profile. This is the most talented roster in the NBA, and the best starting 5 in the NBA! Anybody who has doubted even for 1 day that this is still the team to beat for an NBA championship, does not have their finger on the pulse of the NBA! When Curry and Wiggins return to this lineup, this reality will very quickly become obvious to everyone!
I don't know why you are so interested in a guy who is at best the 6th or 7th most important player on this roster. JP is flashy and gets a lot of attention, but he has so many holes in his game… if he ever becomes one of the most crucial players on this team, this team is not a title contender anymore. It's great that he can be a scoring spark off the bench, but he doesn't warrant the amount of attention you and others give to him. He's not that important on this team.
I knew that Steve Kerr and his coaching staff would eventually figure things out after their successive losses. Now, it's a matter of the young turks being consistent in showing their worth. They should continue to play aggressively out of their bubble. "GO DUBS"!!!
