Hakeem Olajuwon/Dwight Howard/Luka Doncic (1 time), Patrick Ewing (2 times), Charles Barkley/Demarcus Cousins (3 times), and Shaquille O’Neal/Anthony Davis (4 times). To my knowledge, Giannis has accomplished this at least 3 times already.
