The Denver Nuggets started off 2023 with a bang. Without their starting point guard Jamal Murray. the Nuggets still managed to get a nice home victory against the Boston Celtics who currently have the best record in the NBA. Denver now won 8 out of their last 10 games, they own the 1st seed in the West and they have the 2nd best record in the league Even though the Celtics went on runs, the Nuggets always pushed back and never really lost control of this game.     People say Denver chokes in the playoffs but the last two years they weren’t healthy. Plus they lost to the suns and warriors who both made the finals. And last time nuggets were healthy the made the wcf when jokic was just 24 years old. It’s nuggets year no one can hang with them offensively.

    Nuggets fan for years and this looks like their best team ever. Unfortunately I have Comcast cable so living in the Denver area we have been blacked-out for three years now. All because the bean counters at Comcast and Adelphia want more beans.

    Plus Aaron Gordon has emerged as a potential all star this season. You touched on how he’s even at times shown to be Jokic’s second best teammate which is spot on. Adding KCP and Bruce Brown have really added depth to their roster and plus getting Murray and MPJ back healthy they’re as legitimate as it gets.

    bruce brown has a player option, he wont be back to denver next year he's pricing himself out of our market.

    I just hope they can keep this lvl of play and get threw the season with out any big injurys.

    If it where not for his contract, losing Murry might have been for the best. It forced them to run more plays through JoKic, and how could a Murry-centric offense top THAT. The problem with the Nuggets now is that have a big FOUR, at least when they are healthy. Gordon is a GREAT third option. MPJ would be a great SECOND if he were not hurt all the time. Not sure where Murry fits in that lineup.

    A serious contender for the next five years at least! No more moves need to be made. The best group of players the Nuggets have ever had.
