Night ruined, time to blow up the team

Well. Another close jazz game. Now to find my heart medication

Tough loss again. Still having this many games being close is that any game we play can go either way, just need to execute over the full game better on some things. Rebounding and not letting your opponent just get free lay ups.

Kings fan here, GG y’all that was a hell of a game. You’re lucky af to get lauri in that Mitchell trade. Good work.

    GAME NOTES:

Lauri man so close to an insane game winner 🙁 what a heartbreaker. man that’s just devastating.

I’m so sick and tired of Rudy Gay. Our best bet is to cut him. Nobody will trade for him man. LI’m tired of playing him 12 min a night to do absolutely nothing

Officiating was very suspect all night. They missed a few egregious calls. Missed an out of bounds call, a foul while the ball was dead, and a very questionable jump ball call with a minute left in the game.

JC came alive the second half. He, along with literally every other jazzman, struggled so bad the first half. 5/10 from 3, 4/7 inside the arc is prettttty, pretttty, pretty good.

Mike Conley also has found his shot. It’s been two straight games of good shooting, so hopefully this is the new trend. He officiated well tonight on offense and defense, getting 18 points, 7 assists, and 3 steals on efficient shooting.

Lauri Markkanen struggled with his shot, but his 15 free throws helped push him to 28 points and 8 rebounds. Credit to Sabonis and Barnes for the defense played on him. Also, how many times is he gonna be fouled on game tying 3’s this season???? This is like #2 or #3 this year lol

Speaking of defense, we couldn’t stop De’Aaron Fox at all tonight inside the arc. He missed one shot in the 4th, and had 22 points in the quarter. He was hitting mid ranges like prime CP3, and slashing to the rim faster than we could blink. I’ve gotta say, as a nonbiased fan, I thought the Kings made the wrong decision trading Hali instead of Fox to the Pacers, but it seems to have worked out well for them. Good for them

    Back to the Jazz

Vando was unreal. Everywhere tonight. 14 points, 9 rebounds (5 offensive!!!!), and an efficient 7/12 shooting. He was playing hard all night, which he has been a little inconsistent on recently.

Man that last attempt still makes me sick. We can look at poor officiating, but man we couldn’t put a body on Fox. That hurts. The terrible no call on his out of bounds assist hurt us in the end.

Kessler looked good again. He had 6 points 7 assists 2 steals and a block

NAW got minutes, but wasn’t his sharpshooter he usually was. His defense was subpar too, which hurts even more because I feel he has improved greatly in that aspect.

Beasley wasn’t shooting too well again

Man i’m just sick. The rollercoaster of the last shot was too much for me.

Agbaji got minutes, but didn’t contribute anything but a turnover and two missed shots. I wonder what the deal is there, because he was a high draft pick but hasn’t had playing time to show it yet, and just doesn’t look good out there. Rudy Gay looks slightly better than him. I know he’s young and it’s the first half of his first season, but I just want to see more.

19-21 bitches. I’m tired of losing by less than 5 points.

I mean, if this team still makes.the playoffs as I believe… We will have skin on our nose

If there’s only extra 0.02 second they could have win it

Fuuuuck. I’m glad I didn’t watch this game till the very last seconds. It’s a tough week to be a Jazz fan

  13. coolguysteve21

Refs were wildin this game, and three heartbreakers in a row. Damn

The most poorly officiated game I’ve watched in a while. If I’m Wll Hardy I’ve already put the check in the mail for the fine I’m getting during the post game presser.

i am unable to leave my room for the next 4 business days after that frustrating loss. heart is obliterated. just wow. gg kings and fox especially. well played.

  16. Head-Refrigerator93

Please get rid of gay, even only that would help tremendously

  17. BuddhistMonk72

On the bright side, Lauri is that dude, and scoot was looking fantastic tonight

  18. Gobert_Clamped_Luka_

Hardy had about our worst possible D lineup on the floor and didn’t sub them out during Lauri’s FTs. That’s some Corbin level coaching

  19. Brutus583

Some people hate to hear this, but losing close games is a great tank recipe. Also, we’re now tied in the loss column with the Timberwolves, Lakers, and Thunder. Hopefully, Twolves keep losing, and the Lakers and Thunder keep winning

At least our chance at Victor improves. Maybe we get Henderson from the Wolves pick. I’d rather the team be trash, instead of mid, because even if this team were to make the playoffs, they’d get swept in round one. With the team losing, the chance at Victor improves
